We guarantee to deliver our services as promised, on time and on budget (if not, otherwise we will provide premium level hosting for free).

We also guarantee you will not be locked into our service (e.g. through licensing or proprietary software restrictions as used by some of our competitors).

This guarantee is subject to you fulfilling your role in any processes; this includes, but may not be limited to, providing of or approving of content during production, replying to requests for feedback or information in a reasonable time-frame and not seeking revisions which cause the project to be delayed or paused.

If we do not deliver as promised, on-time, on-budget, we will provide, fee-free Support (3 x months Holding Pattern Support for websites under $2,000, 3 x months Business Support for sites $2,001-$5,000 and 6 months for over $5,000. If any of our non-site creation services are not delivered on-time and on-budget we will provide you an appropriate period of time free on support.
